Bayside Consultants was formed in 1989 to provide technical writing and training development for a regional utility company. Over the years, Bayside's team has gained experience in call center systems, self-service phone and web systems, call center and PBX phone systems, process improvement, call center management, help desk management, adult education management, course development, and a variety of computer systems and software languages.
